STORY

The Astro Miura Swing Arm Wall Light from Astro's Miura range is a compact, wall-mounted LED reading light designed for bedrooms, studies and hotel rooms. Its considered proportions and concealed LED source make it suitable where targeted, low-glare task light is required.

The design pairs a neat tapered shade with an L-shaped swing arm and a circular wall base. The shade, arm and base can be mixed and matched in matt black, matt nickel or matt gold, allowing discreet coordination with your scheme.

Constructed in metal with a matt exterior and a white inner reflect finish, the Miura shows careful attention to material and detailing. A hard-wearing knuckle joint and a slim adjustment handle provide precision and durability where users need repeatable positioning.

The luminaire uses an integrated LED recessed within the shade and a custom-moulded diffuser to soften the beam and reduce glare. The arm pivots horizontally at the base and the head tilts, giving controlled, directional task light ideal for reading or desk work.

The Miura is IP20 rated for interior use. A small teardrop-shaped toggle switch on the lower front of the wall base provides local on/off operation. Shades are sold separately and technical details such as driver inclusion and dimming compatibility should be confirmed from the product datasheet or with Lighting Design Online project support.
