Artemide Talo Linear Pendant

The Artemide Talo Linear Pendant, designed by Neil Poulton for Artemide, is a minimalist ceiling pendant that reads as a crisp, architectural element. Shown here with a matte black rectangular bar, the Talo delivers direct downward illumination from a ceiling-suspended position.

Formally the Talo is an ultra-slim, horizontal rectangular bar housing with a continuous white diffuser integrated into the underside. The design emphasises a seamless transition between housing and light-emitting surface; it is offered in Black, Silver and White finishes.

Construction is refined and uncluttered: a long, slim housing with a discreet continuous diffuser and two thin silver-coloured suspension cables. The visible detail is intentionally minimal, with no obvious fasteners or protruding hardware on the visible faces.

The integrated continuous light source is designed to provide wide-span downlighting, producing an even band of light beneath the bar. That direct, linear illumination is well suited to lighting long tables, benches or circulation runs where balanced downward light is needed.

The fitting carries an IP20 rating and is intended for dry, indoor spaces. The twin-cable suspension keeps the bar horizontal and stable; specification sheets should be checked for mounting particulars, driver and dimming options. A five-year manufacturer warranty provides additional assurance.
