Aromas Sam Table Lamp

The Aromas Sam Table Lamp, designed by AC Studio (model NAC093), is a decorative table lamp defined by an oversized translucent glass base and a tall cylindrical shade. It is intended for indoor ambient illumination and is shown here with a white drum shade.

The design pairs a bulbous, teardrop glass body with the clean geometry of a tall cylindrical shade, creating a calm contrast between organic form and rigid lines. The Sam is available in Blue and Brown glass finishes.

Construction is centred on a smooth, glossy translucent glass base with a wide bottom and narrow neck, joined to the shade assembly by a silver-toned metal post and neck. A clear external power cord exits the neck assembly and runs down the glass body, and the heavy base gives the lamp stability for larger shades.

The wide drum shade is designed to diffuse light evenly across a room while reducing direct glare, making the lamp suitable as ambient lighting on tables, desks or sideboards. The internal socket accepts a replaceable lamp source; the shade shown in images is not included with the lamp.

The Sam is powered via a standard plug-in electrical cord. A dimmable option is offered (B211 11W, dimmable) and can be supplied with a compatible dimmer on request at extra cost. This fitting has an IP20 rating and comes with a 2 year manufacturer warranty.
