STORY

The Aromas Miro Wall Sconce, designed by AC Studio for the Miro range by Aromas, is a decorative wall-mounted light that pairs modernist geometry with natural stone for considered interior illumination.

Formally the design uses a rigid L-shaped metal frame and a vertical cylindrical rod that projects the lamp from the wall. A circular marble disc appears to float above a spherical frosted glass globe, creating an asymmetrical, architectural profile. The finish palette includes matte black metal, frosted white glass and the natural tones of white marble.

Construction combines metalwork with a flat white marble disc and a frosted glass globe. The assembly is supported by a circular wall-mounted backplate and a vertical rod that secures the lighting elements away from the wall.

The marble disc acts as a decorative reflector and top-shield while the frosted globe provides soft diffusion, producing even, decorative ambient light suitable for living rooms, hallways and bedrooms. The design balances shadow and clarity by controlling direct glare through the overhanging disc.

Designed for hardwired installation via the circular backplate, the fitting is rated IP20 for interior use. Warranty information: 2 years.
