The Aromas Aider Pendant, designed by Arnold Salido, is a ceiling-mounted pendant light from the Aider range. Its mixed-metal aesthetic and architectural silhouette suit contemporary interiors where a focused, downward-facing light source is required.

The design pairs a wide, shallow, truncated-cone shade with a distinctive Z-shaped stem that creates a horizontal offset. The stem’s tactile, textured brown wrap and visible stitching add a crafted touch while the shade maintains a clean, low-profile presence. The Aider is offered in Matt Brass and Satin Nickel finishes.

Constructed primarily from metal, the pendant includes a circular ceiling canopy and a black suspension cord. The canopy and cord are finished in matte black; a brass-finished stem links the suspension to the shade. The stem connects off-centre on the shade while the shade’s weight keeps the fitting balanced horizontally.

Light is directed downwards through the wide shade, making the Aider appropriate for ambient or task-focused situations beneath the fitting. The low-profile shade helps control glare and creates a clear pool of light beneath the pendant.
