The A-Emotional Light Tempo Pendant, designed by Arturo Álvarez, is a ceiling-suspended pendant that interprets movement through material. Built from fine pleats, the Tempo collection forms two overlapping silhouettes — Andante and Vivace — that produce a sculptural, kinetic presence while providing soft ambient illumination.

Tempo's form is a fluted, bell-like shade with a tiered, double-layered base. The pleated construction and layered edge create a distinctive architectural silhouette; the pendant is offered in Taupe, Grey, Beige and White to suit considered interiors.

The shade is crafted from painted stainless-steel mesh formed into precise vertical pleats. The layered mesh gives the fixture structural definition while allowing a warm, translucent glow to pass through the material.

Light is delivered as diffused ambient illumination: the dense vertical ribbing of the pleat work reduces glare while highlighting the lamp's sculptural lines. The overlapping layers create subtle variation in tone and shadow, emphasising the pendant's sense of movement.
