A-Emotional Light Anel Ceiling Light

The A-Emotional Light Anel Ceiling Light is an in-house designed surface-mounted fitting from the Anel range by A-Emotional Light. The piece reads as an architectural drum with a ribbon-like overlap, created to deliver considered ambient illumination in interiors such as hotels, restaurants, residential and retail projects.

Formally the fixture is a cylindrical band of finely textured, vertical-ribbed stainless-steel mesh where the ends overlap rather than meet flush. The overlapping wrap gives a layered silhouette that emphasises the fixture's vertical texture and creates a play of light and shadow across the body. The unit is finished in a uniform matte white; custom colours are available on request.

Construction centres on a painted stainless-steel mesh that looks textile-like while retaining metal rigidity. The pleated mesh acts as both structure and diffuser, softening the light and preserving a clean architectural edge. Dimensions are Ø60 x 20 cm (Ø23.6 x 7.9 in), giving a compact profile suitable for lower ceilings or tight corridors.

Light is provided by an integrated LED strip specified at 30W, 2700K and approximately 3540lm, housed within the circular band so illumination is emitted through the perforated mesh and the open ends. The result is warm, even ambient light with reduced glare where the mesh softens the output. Dimming options are indicated (0–10V and TRIAC); confirm the required control method for your supply and installer.

The Anel is designed for flush mounting to a flat ceiling or wall and is supplied as a surface-mounted architectural fitting. It carries a two-year manufacturer warranty.
