The A-Emotional Light Agasallo Pendant by Héctor Serrano is a sculptural ceiling pendant from the Agasallo range. Handmade in Spain from moulded, hand‑painted metal mesh, the pendant is designed to provide ambient illumination and to project textured light effects into interior spaces.

The pendant’s gathered, pinched silhouette is formed by tensioning a cylindrical mesh to create soft folds and an organic profile. The Agasallo collection is available in four pendant sizes and offered in Beige, White, Grey and Taupe; pieces can be combined at different heights to form customised compositions.

Each shade is moulded from a fine, perforated metal mesh and finished by hand, which gives a delicate, slightly metallic surface with unique variances between pieces. The pinched top acts as an intentional tension point and central visual motif while a discreet black suspension cable secures the fitting to the ceiling.

The open underside provides a clear downward light path for task‑adjacent or layered ambient lighting, while the translucent mesh body gently diffuses light into the room. A central lamp sits within the shade and reads as a soft glowing point through the perforated surface, creating atmosphere and subtle shadowing rather than concentrated glare.
