STORY

The Visual Comfort Leighton Layered Flush Mount, designed by Kate Spade, is a surface-mounted ceiling light that centres on individually cast glass petals for a modern, feminine silhouette. Its cream-tinted glass and soft brass components reference the range's floral inspiration while remaining adaptable to contemporary and traditional interiors.

The fixture uses a stacked, dual-layer construction of irregular, petal-like glass plates to create depth and a softened profile. It is available with a Soft Brass appearance and cream-tinted glass to maintain a cohesive look across variants.

Each shade is formed from translucent cream-tinted glass with a polished clear edge and a central polished metal finial, offering a tactile contrast between the frosted body and crystalline perimeter. The layered assembly secures to a discreet round backplate that keeps the overall silhouette compact.

Light is delivered by a dedicated 18W LED producing approximately 1500 lm, diffused gently through the cream glass for a warm, even ceiling wash. Its flush-mount profile makes it suitable for lower ceilings in bedrooms, living rooms and dining rooms where a soft ambient glow is required.
