STORY

The Bega Outdoor Wall Light is a purposeful exterior wall luminaire from German manufacturer Bega. Its vertical rectangular form brackets a broad central diffuser to deliver ambient architectural illumination for façades, entrances and covered external walls.

The design employs a sandwich construction where dark structural metal elements cap the illuminated core, creating a clean, contemporary silhouette. It is offered in Graphite and Silver finishes and in two colour temperatures, 3000K and 4000K.

Constructed from metal with a matte, powder-coated surface, the fixture has an enclosed white translucent diffuser that softens and distributes light. The rear vertical section of the frame acts as the mounting plate and the forward-facing surfaces are free of visible fasteners for a refined appearance.

Light is emitted from the front and the sides of the diffuser to provide broad, even ambient illumination rather than a narrow beam. The central translucent panel is most likely glass or a high-quality polymer, chosen to minimise glare and create a calm external ambience.

This luminaire is rated IP65 for protection against dust and low-pressure water jets and is designed for flush mounting to flat wall surfaces. Standard warranty is two years, with project-specific extensions up to five years available in writing.
