The Artemide Mercury Pendant, designed by Ross Lovegrove for the Mercury range, is a multi-unit pendant ceiling light that assembles asymmetrical, pebble-like elements into a sculptural cluster intended for ambient and decorative lighting in large spaces.

The design pairs fluid, mercury-like droplet forms with a structured, flat circular canopy to create a high‑contrast visual language. The tiered arrangement of reflective bodies produces a multi-dimensional cluster that works as a central focal point above a dining table, reception or open-plan living area.

Each pebble-like component is finished in a highly reflective, mirror‑finish chrome while the large ceiling canopy presents a brushed or satin metallic surface. Thin vertical cables suspend the individual elements at varying distances from the canopy, reinforcing the impression of floating droplets.

The polished surfaces reflect the surrounding environment and are designed to manipulate light through mirror-like interaction. The fitting is offered with colour temperature options of 2700K and 3000K to suit warmer or neutral white schemes.
